believe your skills and interests align well with our ongoing projects. This letter confirms the terms and
conditions of your internship with us.
1. Internship Details
- Position: UI/UX Designer
- Duration: 6 Months (From 06/02/2026 to 06/08/2026)
- Work Model: Hybrid (Remote work with occasional office coordination)
- Working Hours: Flexible (20 hours per week)
2. Nature of Internship
- Unpaid Internship: This is a learning-focused, unpaid position. No monthly salary or stipend will be provided.
- No Bond: There is no lock-in period. You are not required to sign a bond.
- Exit Policy: You may leave the internship at any time with prior notice of 3–5 days.
- Termination by Company: NovaEdge Digital Labs reserves the right to terminate this internship with 3–5 days' notice in case of performance issues, misconduct, or project completion.
3. Perks & Benefits
- Certificate: Upon successful completion, you will receive a verified Internship Completion Certificate. Successful completion is defined as: completing all assigned tasks, maintaining a minimum of 80% attendance / communication responsiveness, and meeting project deadlines consistently throughout the internship duration. Only interns meeting these criteria will be eligible for the Completion Certificate and LOR.
- Letter of Recommendation (LOR): High-performing interns will be awarded an LOR from the Founder.
- Real Experience: You will work on live projects and gain hands-on industry experience.

4. Your Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with the team.
- Performance will be evaluated based on Quality, Consistency, Communication, and Teamwork.
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- Privacy: You agree to keep company data and client details confidential during and after the internship.
- Ownership: Any work created during this internship will belong to NovaEdge Digital Labs.
6. Employment
This internship does not guarantee a full-time employment offer. However, high-performing interns may be considered for future paid roles or full-time positions based on availability and performance.
7. Code of Conduct & Workplace Policy
- Professional behavior, punctuality, and respectful communication are expected at all times.
- NovaEdge Digital Labs maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment or discrimination of any kind.
8. Governing Law
This offer letter shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
